London

We had a great day in London. Walked and walked and walked.
Weather was cloudy at first but the sun came out later.
Tube trouble had us changing subway lines a few times and in the wrong direction but we made it back to the hotel eventually.
Bought a convertor at the airport and when I used it blew a fuse at the hotel and had to change rooms - not meant to use by netbook here I guess lol

Tomorrow Istanbul and free internet!!

Greetings from London!

We had a great flight over - new plane, tv's at every seat and a smooth trip!

Now trying to get over jet lag. We are headed into London Saturday for the day

Internet is a problem again. I bought a power convertor for my Netbook but it doesn't work :( so will try to get one tomorrow. Using the computer in the hotel lobby but running out of minutes.

Getting ready for our flight to London

Today has been spent packing. Our flight leaves tonight at 11:55pm. We are sooooo excited! Next post will be from jolly old England!!

2 weeks until we leave!

We leave in 2 weeks and we are getting so excited!

Our Itinerary

We are leaving Halifax on Oct. 29, 2009 and flying to London arriving the morning of the 30th. We will be staying 2 nights in London. On Nov. 1st/09 at 9:50am we fly to Istanbul arriving there at 3:35pm. We are staying at the Sebnem Hotel
On Nov. 2nd/09 we hope to board the Jade as early as possible.
